Why am not shortlisted for ZRA Job
We are very sorry to applicants whose names are not on the list of successful applicants, this may be cause by the following reasons:
- Not meeting the requirements
- Names not spelled correctly
- Above age or below the required age
- Email or phone number not correct
- Not able to submit your application (Network Failure)
The Zambia Revenue Authority has promised applicants, who made attempt will be considered on the next recruitment exercise.

The Zambia Revenue Authority has never skipped her recruitment any year, this is because old workers are retiring every year.
The ZRA starts her recruitment three (3) months after the retirement ceremonies of old staffs.
