EFCC Recruitment Training 2024/2025
The EFCC training is usually carried out through the EFCC Academy, that was established in 2005 to train Nigerians and prospective EFCC staff on how to work with the organization. The training, which was initially intended for only EFCC, newly recruits staff, but now covers other agencies of authority.
About EFCC Training School
The EFCC training school is a school that is responsible for training Nigerians to meet up and work for the agency in order to combat cyber and other economic crime. The School does this by improving the technical, professional, and integrity of its trainees.
The EFCC Training School lies in the centre of the country, FCT, specifically 1, Idoma Way, Federal Housing, Phase 1, Karu Abuja, Nigeria. The school accepts Nigerians from all over the country. To ensure that EFCC newly recruits are physically fit, they normally undergo some military trainings in Nigeria Defense Academy (NDA), located in Kaduna.
The aim of EFCC Training School
The main of the academy is to train trainees in competencies, by developing their knowledge based, skilled based and aptitude based, so that they can be able to analyse crime and tackle crime.
EFCC Training Uniform
The EFCC Training Uniform is made up of reddish brown colored trouser with a red polo and red cap and a black matching polo.
EFCC Training Allowance
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission pays trainees an allowance, that enable them to take care of their basic needs. The Allowance vary between SSCE-holders and Bachelor-degree holders. An SSCE-Holder is paid between fifteen and twenty five thousand naira, while graduates are paid between twenty and thirty five thousand naira only.
EFCC Training Date
As at the time of writing this post, EFCC has released the training date for 2024/2025 Session. The EFCC training date will be announced via the EFCC recruitment portal, once the EFCC has shortlisted successful candidates. EFCC Training Duration
For SSCE
The EFCC training duration for SSCE-Holders is expected to last at least 6 months.
For Graduates
The EFCC training duration for degree holder is expected to last at least 12 months.
Eligibility Criteria for EFCC Training Requirements
The following are the requirements you need for EFCC Training:
- Five Recent Passport Photographs
- Original and Photocopy of Credentials
- Certificate of Origin
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Completed Guarantor’s Form
- Handwritten Application Letter
Important things to note
- Ensure to bring your writing materials like pens, etc.
- Pay close to all requirements and ensure you meet them.
- Try to physically fit because you will be tested.
- You are not qualified to participate in the training, if you were not shortlisted.
How Long Is EFCC-Training?
The EFCC normally lasts between 6 and 12 months, depending. For graduate it is 12 months while for SSCE holder it is 6 months
