River State Civil Service Commission (RSCSC) shortlisted candidates for 2024/2025
This is to inform the general public about the RSCSC shortlist. Applicants who have filled out and completed the recruitment process for the 2023–2024 intake are hereby informed that the Rivers State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has newly made available the PDF list of shortlisted candidates. This list was released by the commission after the conclusion of the verification process.
The commission, in its commitment to creating transparent employment procedures, conducted verification procedures to verify the information provided by candidates. These verification procedures are aimed at ensuring that only qualified applicants are shortlisted.

- Then, click on the link to either download or view.
- The names are displayed alphabetically.
- You can choose to download or just view.
Important information for the RSCSC shortlisted candidates
Applicants are advised to check the commission’s screening date on the list. However, the commencement date and closing date for interviews and aptitude tests (CBT) will be sent to all shortlisted candidates.
Shortlisted candidates are expected to remain patient and wait for communication from the Rivers State Civil Service Commission containing their scheduled dates for their interviews.
