About the FirstBank Graduate Trainee 

I will explain about the program in a bit so that applicants would have an idea of what the program is.

This Programme is designed to identify, build, and create the next-generation bankers and leaders who will be built to move the Bank’s vision of being the First choice for people in Africa.

The program is scheduled for a 3-month, selected candidates will acquire important skills and be made into big bankers exposed to a different range of functions, roles, and activities in the Bank and sent to matching areas of needs.  

Eligibilities for the first bank graduate trainee 

• EDUCATION: A minimum of HND with upper credit or a second-class upper degree from a well-known institution 
• AGE: must not be older or younger than 27 on the year of application
• SSCE: All candidates must have a secondary school leaving cert 
• NYSC: All applicants must have completed the NYSC program 

How to apply for the First Bank Graduate Trainee 

All applications are done on the bank’s application portal: https://www.firstbanknigeria.com/recruitment

•  In other to continue with the application you must provide the following information:
• You would provide a Functional email address and valid GSM number(s) through which they can be gotten across at all times during the training 
• Bio-data information, education, and preferred location for the test. 
• Please take note of the 12-digit Application Reference Number (ARN) as it would be required from you each time to access the site 
• The acknowledgment slip must be printed out and submitted before the deadline.
• Only candidates who qualify for the training will be contacted either via email or SMS.
• Qualified candidates will be required to log in to the portal to print their invite to the test 
• Please note that security clearance will be conducted for all applicants to ensure they have a clean record 

Benefits of attending the First Bank Graduate Trainee

 Applicants who pass through the training process and qualify will be offered a position in the bank. The First Bank Graduate training has both Financial benefits and Medical insurance benefit.

Important notice for First Bank Graduate Training Aspirants

• Applicants with criminal records are not allowed to participate
• Only successful candidates will be offered a job opportunity after the training
