Production Supervisor
Role and Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor
- Lead the safety culture and create circumstances for a safe working environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene and safety practices, such as PPE, shoe and hand washing, LOTO, and so on.

Role/Responsibility of SHE Officer
- Motivate Change: Using NCE Foundations and Advanced Practices (e.g., TPM, Lean Value Stream), create a compelling knowledge of Nestlé SH&E principles and motivate stakeholders to succeed in compliance and continuous improvement.
